Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

That said, mistakes happen! If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll happily refund the duplicate order once we’ve confirmed the purchase.
